All rates are based, per property, on a weekly basis. Monthly, fortnightly & weekend getaway rates are available upon request. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Pets by arrangement. Number of occupants must not exceed the stated amount without prior arrangement. No smoking. Any damages/breakages must be paid for upon departure. 25% Deposit required upon booking - of which $50 is a non-rufundable booking fee. The full amount due is to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to your holiday commencement date. Change over days are Saturday. Valid credit card details are required to secure all bookings. |

| Cancellation Policy | ||||||||
If, for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, the returnable part of your deposit will be refunded if you have given us at least 30 days notice, in order to allow us to re-advertise the property. If there has not been sufficient notice and the vacancy can not be filled then full payment is required. |
