  • From web advertising to traditional maketing and from a basic management programme to a fully comprehensive "stress free" package, HOMEfromHOLMES will work to maximise your rental income.
  • We use our experience to recommend the best package for you and your needs. Our packages can include appropriate photography and display on our website and in other brochures; working directly with visitors and holiday makers. We will take bookings and provide a direct service to visitors during their stay. We also provide a cleaning and property maintenance service.

  • Option A - You can simply place all details of your property on our website, (which has been extensively advertised in the UK), including the use of your own e-mail address so you can work with potential clients direct. If this is your preferred option, all we ask is that you let us know when you have a booking so we can advertise this on your property booking/availability page.

 

  • Option B - Provides 3 layers of service depending on your requirements. To check our Bronze, Silver and Gold packages why not contact us today? (We pride ourselves on our personal and professional service which means we will always try to meet you at your needs.
