General Information

Location: Appalosa Lodge rests on the south side of Tatamagouche Bay just off route#6 of the Sunrise Trail. It is approximately 5 miles west of the town of Tatamagouche and 5 miles east from the historic town of Wallace.

Amenities: Tatamagouche has a Hospital, Pharmacy, Post Office, Bank, Laundrette, restaurants and grocery stores. There is also a library, an art gallery plus many gift shops. In Wallace you can find tennis courts, a post office, local produce stores and a convenience store.

Local Attractions

Beach: Blue Sea Beach within 5 minutes

Sailing: Barachois Marina - 10kms

Golf: Northumberland Links, Sunrise Beach and Fox Harbour

Skiing: Ski Wentworth within 20 minutes
